Context
Cupid.com, Inc. sat alongside RegionalHelpWanted.com, Inc. in Poughkeepsie, NY—same parent, different product. Where the recruitment network was 350+ locally branded job boards, Cupid.com was a single consumer destination: matching, membership, and local singles. I designed and built front-end experiences for that product while the companies later operated under the onTargetjobs umbrella.
Challenge
The dating product could not inherit the recruitment sites' visual language or conversion model. Search, signup, and “local singles” paths had to feel consumer-grade, convert anonymous visitors into members, and still ship from a small design-and-front-end practice sharing stack and production constraints with the sister company.

- 04
Partnered with developers and consultants on usability and conversion-rate optimization for membership and search funnels.
